Hi, tell me please what does this little circle in one of inputs of logic gate mean? It's the same like in not gate but it's before gate not after. How do I make it in CV?
I want to create a memory unit in which I can store the memory in some other unit by the user but some other user can use that output without seeing the input in some other unit.
