Why fred interconnect wire?

good day. What do red wires mean? I am not able to set a connection to the "max value on Counter". Thanks J

The red wire means that the wire is either not connected or is disconnected on purpose from a component (TriState TipTool). I hope I have been of help if you still have questions don't hesitate to ask ;)
