Is there a known or new problem where the presence of another circuit causes incorrect operation? I have a class of 8 at CSUCI and several students are seeing this problem. It is a common FF built from NAND gates but it changes state a couple of seconds after an input change. If they delete all other circuits, the problem one starts working. It is a circuit we have built like this in this class for at least 3 years without problem. This occurs both with Firefox and with Chrome in Windows 10.
