A 2 line to 4 line decoder that accepts a binary input of 0 to 3 and drives 4 LEDs. LED 0 activates when the input is 0,0. LED 1 Activates when the input is 0,1. LED 2 Activates when the input is 1,0. LED 3 Activates when the input is 1,1.
