A stopwatch in the format  MM:SS.ms

For this to work, the clock timing should be 50 ms.

For the binary part of the circuit, the order is reverse from top to bottom i.e. topmost is ms and bottommost is Minute(tens).

The display is made using five 7-segment displays connected to their respective digits.
