Requirements:-

Take 2 inputs from Input section

Take clock symbol or input for  clock-input from Input  section

For first two NAND gates take from Gates section and give Input Size to 3

Take 2 more NAND gates (input size =2 by default) from Gates section

Take 2 digital LED from Output section

Connect them as in circuit
