All functions of the 74191 synchronous 4-bit up/down counter with mode control are modeled. Timing is not modeled.

Synchronous functions: count up, count down, max/min, ripple clock

Asynchronous functions: parallel load.

The subcircuit layout has all pins numbered and labeled matching the order on the IC.

VCC and GND pins are non-functional but present for schematic connection purposes.
