Attempt #3... Im learning quickly

I MADE IT WORK!

It needs a load word instruction but otherwise its done.

This is the first time I've designed a Turing complete computer, I have no formal education on this type of thing and avoided tutorials so it feels like an achievement.

I am going to go ahead and move on to the next iteration, Computer4. Im going to call it CComp4. It will likely also be an 8 bit computer but I have some ideas for how to improve the CPU. Particularly in regards to instruction handling so that instructions with multiple clock cycles can be implemented.
