Circuit to perform Unsigned and Signed 4 bit addition/subtraction. Pathway for Unsigned is the upper, Signed ops are low. Digits are represented on the LEDs, along with the solutions, and indicator for Overflow. Modular components (adder/subtractors, comparators, Overflow detectors) were built for implementation.
