I decided to do this separately from the other one because it works nicely. Also it follows a set philosophy instead of "eh, I'll figure it out". This is NOT meant to be good, it's meant to work.

Forked from original because there's a handful of changes I want to make to the ISA and the project to make things go much smoother. I might put a github or something here with documentation and development notes.
