A T flip flop may be made from a D flip flop and an XOR gate. 

When the toggle input, T, is high the output, Q,  changes state on every positive transition of the clock, CLK

When T is low, the output, Q, retains its previous state.

Observe that the clock has twice the frequency of Q. (Use the timing diagram in the simulator.)
