Description:
a) We have a 5-bit down-counter that counts down from 30 to 0.
b) A stop-logic is required such that when countdown (c-d) timer reaches 0, it jumps to 30 (11110).
c) 2 7-seg LEDS. to represent the number carried by the 5-bit register.
