*Initially, both seven-segment displays are off.*1st press: Value of counter(Decade) is stored into the 1st seven segment display while the 2nd display is still off.*2nd press: Value of the 1st seven segment display get transferred to the 2nd seven-segment display, and the counter value gets stored into the 1st display.*For any further presses, only the value of 1st display changes to store the value of the counter at that instance. The value displayed on the 2nd display remains the same.
