How do I output two chips onto the same bus?

Help I am trying to get a bus which many chips can talk to, a very simple 8 bit CPU, problem is I keep getting the error "ConstVal set to Non-binary value.", this is odd as only one thing outputs onto the bus at once, but two chips are connected the program counter and Accumulator. https://circuitverse.org/users/80606/projects/alu-1e047f5a-390d-4109-9699-8d866e792af7
